Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal departments to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Partner with system integrators and project managers during initial adoption phases and complex projects to ensure smooth execution
- Advise clients on technical architecture, data modeling, coding practices, migration plans, upgrades, and operational standards
- Develop, implement, and demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions for potential customers and partners
- Deliver standardized and tailored training sessions in person for client and partner audiences
- Assist clients participating in beta testing or pre-release programs
- Support promotional events such as trade shows, conferences, and seminars
- Stay current with product updates and industry trends, including competitor offerings, through self-directed learning and training
- Build prototypes and work with product teams to shape future enhancements based on customer feedback
- Produce technical proposals, solution summaries, and sales materials to support pre-sales activities
