Responsibilities
- Guide potential customers in understanding the technical and business value of the product during the sales cycle

- Capture and share real-world use cases through internal documentation and external blog contributions
- Be available for occasional after-hours work to support collaboration across multiple time zones
Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience in a sales engineering or similar technical pre-sales role
- Background in logs, metrics, IT operations, and security technologies
- Must be located in the Eastern region of the United States

Compensation
