**About the Role**
We're expanding our sales engineering team and searching for a highly technical sales engineer who can support prospective customers across all industries & segments. Your role? Partner closely with account executives to decode customer needs, strategize winning sales approaches, deliver killer product demos, lead rock-solid proof of concept processes, and ultimately seal the deal.

**What you'll do:**
- Assist with technical discovery & qualification early in the sales process
- Craft demos that translate functional capabilities into tangible business value for prospects
- Collaborate with AEs on the most strategic sales cycle approach
- Own the technical portion of the sales cycle by guiding prospects through structured, milestone-driven proofs of concept, leading to a technical win
- Ensure smooth transition to post-sales through effective internal knowledge sharing
- Maintain and continuously upgrade your industry expertise and competitive landscape knowledge
- Represent the customer's voice with Product Management to help steer the product roadmap
**What We're Looking For:**
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in **NodeJS** and **React** (or deep JavaScript expertise)
- Strong understanding of both frontend and backend systems
- Autodidact and self-driven with a killer problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Academic degree in Computer Science (or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices is a plus
