Drive technical success in enterprise sales by serving as the critical link between customer needs and platform capabilities. In this role, you’ll lead product demonstrations, guide proof-of-value initiatives, and architect solutions tailored to each client’s security infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure prospective customers clearly understand how the platform resolves their specific challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver customized product demonstrations that align with enterprise security goals.
- Design and manage proof-of-value engagements, ensuring they meet defined success criteria and accelerate deal progression.
- Analyze customer environments to identify security and integration gaps, then develop targeted technical strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with sales teams to build account-specific plans focused on securing contracts with large enterprises.
- Train internal and external technical teams on platform capabilities, integrations, and security best practices.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or sales engineering role within enterprise software.
- Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong foundation in network security, including TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, and internet protocols.
- Experience selling into Fortune 500 organizations with a consultative approach.
Preferred Expertise
- Hands-on knowledge of endpoint security tools such as EDR, AV, and next-generation antivirus platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud security models and vulnerability assessment frameworks.
- Experience integrating systems via APIs in security environments.
- Scripting proficiency in Python for automating technical workflows and demonstrations.
- Understanding of application-layer protocols like HTTP and SMTP in security contexts.
Compensation & Culture
