Responsibilities
- Produce clear and organized documentation covering go-to-market procedures, playbooks, software usage, workflows, and recommended practices.
- Design and deliver high-quality training resources such as job aids, instructional guides, e-learning elements, process manuals, and user support content.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure system updates and new workflows are accurately recorded, current, and easy to access.
- Manage and enhance the enablement content repository with consistent structure and version tracking.
- Revise and improve onboarding resources for all go-to-market positions.
- Support the rollout of onboarding initiatives across international teams.
- Assist in delivering in-person and virtual training sessions, including preparation, facilitation support, and follow-up activities.
- Help design role-specific learning paths, update training modules, and create competency-based educational content.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the sales technology ecosystem, including platforms like Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Provide input on tool configurations and integrations to improve go-to-market efficiency and workflow automation.
- Support technology adoption through targeted training materials and communication strategies.
- Identify ways to integrate artificial intelligence into enablement workflows such as content generation, onboarding resources, process explanations, or tool support to improve speed, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Support the administration of readiness evaluations, certification programs, and learning reinforcement initiatives.
- Monitor participation and engagement metrics, assist in evaluating outcomes, and suggest enhancements.
- Evaluate incoming enablement requests, help define requirements, prioritize tasks, and support project execution.
- Create clear and concise enablement communications, including updates, announcements, release notes, and onboarding readiness materials.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing, and Product teams to gather insights and align on enablement priorities.
- Deliver consistent, accurate, and responsive support to multiple functional teams in a global setting.
