Responsibilities
- Create and manage a comprehensive collection of sales materials such as presentations, summaries, customer success stories, competitive guides, videos, media samples, and response tools for common objections
- Collaborate with marketing and product departments to ensure all enablement content reflects up-to-date offerings, messaging, and market positioning
- Adapt sales content for different audience groups, including school district leaders, curriculum specialists, and state-level officials
- Perform routine reviews of the sales content repository to verify accuracy, compliance, and consistency with brand guidelines
- Address requests from the sales team for tailored materials related to regional programs, industry events, client meetings, and advanced training for educators and administrators
- Build and lead onboarding initiatives that help new sales hires quickly gain confidence and proficiency in representing district-focused offerings
- Produce continuous training programs covering product changes, selling techniques, competitive intelligence, and handling objections
- Work with the Professional Learning team to integrate classroom-level insights into sales training, improving representatives' understanding of customer challenges
- Lead internal training events, workshops, and practice sessions to strengthen skills and promote best practices
- Serve as a liaison across sales, marketing, product, district success, and professional learning teams to align messaging and ensure smooth transitions between departments
- Collect input from sales staff to identify missing content, training requirements, and market trends, then share findings with relevant teams
- Assist in launching new products by creating sales kits, training resources, and internal updates that prepare representatives to sell new features
- Lead post-program reviews of enablement efforts and execute improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency
