Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to new sign-ups to schedule appointments and assist with initial setup
- Engage trial users and arrange onboarding meetings

- Maintain precise records and activity logs in the customer relationship management system

- Identify and test innovative methods to locate and engage potential leads
