Lago was looking for a Sales Development Representative( SDR) Software-as-a-Service

Lago is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build the early-stage pipeline for our Software-as-a-Service platform. You will play a key role in identifying potential customers and setting up qualified demos, helping to fuel the growth of our sales engine.

What You'll Do

  • Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through cold email, cold calls, and social platforms.
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs and evaluate their fit for our SaaS solution.
  • Qualify interested prospects and schedule product demos for the sales team.
  • Accurately log all outreach activities and conversations in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Build a solid understanding of our platform and clearly communicate its value to prospects.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to keep them engaged through the sales funnel.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach activity, demo bookings, and qualified leads.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound-focused sales role.
  • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English at a C1-C2 level.
  • Comfort with cold outreach, follow-ups, and early-stage sales conversations.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with strong time-management skills.
  • Passion for delivering a professional and positive prospect experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with team goals.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with prospecting tools like ZoomInfo.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
