About the Role
The ideal candidate will proactively reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the account executive team. This position is the first point of contact for new prospects and plays a key role in the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients through phone and email
- Conduct research to identify target accounts and decision-makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on set criteria
- Schedule introductory meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts in the CRM
- Use sales intelligence tools to enhance outreach effectiveness
- Follow up with prospects according to established cadence
- Collaborate with account executives to align on prospect needs
- Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
- Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
- Adapt messaging based on prospect feedback and industry trends
- Respond to prospect inquiries within defined timeframes
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Contribute to the refinement of outreach strategies
