Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming leads within assigned shift hours
- Reach out to potential clients to book meetings and appointments
- Carry out targeted outreach sequences in Salesforce based on customer history, including re-engaging past customers
- Complete additional tasks as assigned

- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
- Work hours are scheduled from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm Pacific Time
- Required equipment includes a noise-canceling USB headset, functional webcam, and a computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
- Internet must have a primary connection of at least 25 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps
