Huzzle was looking for a Sales Development Representative

Huzzle is looking for a Sales Development Representative to focus on outbound prospecting to generate sales opportunities for our B2B clients. You will be central to identifying and qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and managing a pipeline using modern CRM tools.

What You'll Do

  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or other CRM platforms.
  • Conduct targeted research and craft personalized outreach for key buyer personas.
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
  • Monitor key activity metrics, report weekly performance, and continuously optimize outreach based on data insights.
  • Keep current on SaaS trends, product developments, and the competitive landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation.
  • Proven track record in cold outreach and meeting KPIs like booked meetings or qualified leads.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in a remote work environment.
  • Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-driven and goal-focused, able to work independently or with remote teams.
  • Tech-savvy with a natural curiosity for learning and explaining SaaS products.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Nice to Have

  • SaaS experience is a plus.
