As a Sales Development Representative for the mid-market segment, you'll play a key role in expanding adoption of a free software renewal management solution. Your focus will be identifying and connecting with leaders in Finance, Procurement, and IT at mid-sized organizations, initiating conversations that highlight tangible time and cost savings.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to prospects across various industries using cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other direct methods
- Build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within growing companies
- Set qualified meetings for the sales team by clearly communicating the value of a tool that streamlines software renewal processes
- Use platforms like Apollo, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to refine targeting and improve outreach efficiency
- Collaborate with sales leadership and enablement teams to strengthen messaging and approach
- Contribute to the evolution of outbound strategies based on real-world feedback and results
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of experience as a top-performing SDR or BDR in a fast-paced U.S. tech environment
- Proven success with cold outreach, especially phone-based prospecting
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed performance goals
- Strong interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence and empathy
- Self-driven mindset with the resilience to navigate rejection and keep moving forward
- Resourcefulness in finding new ways to connect with hard-to-reach prospects

Compensation and Work Environment
The total on-target earnings for this role are up to $65,000, including a $50,000 base salary and $15,000 in bonus potential. The position supports flexible hours and offers remote work options across the United States, with access to office hubs in NYC, Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, and Seattle. You can choose to work remotely, from a hub, or at the NYC headquarters.
