Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective and current clients via multiple communication platforms to build a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Develop relationships with potential customers and assess how well company offerings align with their requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings.
- Establish and maintain a CRM system or contact database.
- Work with internal departments to ensure lead generation supports broader sales objectives.
- Define sales targets to drive revenue growth and provide performance updates.
- Design, share, and gather feedback from customer surveys, then organize findings into reports.
- Perform routine administrative duties as needed.
- Serve as the initial contact for customer questions and resolve complaints promptly.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
