Responsibilities
- Reach out to new and current clients via multiple communication platforms to build a consistent lead pipeline.
- Develop connections with prospects and assess how well company offerings align with their requirements.
- Organize and schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings.
- Establish and maintain a CRM system or contact database.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure lead generation supports broader sales objectives.
- Define sales targets to drive revenue growth and provide performance updates.
- Design, distribute, and gather feedback through customer surveys, summarizing findings in reports or spreadsheets.
- Perform routine administrative duties as needed.
- Serve as the initial contact for customer questions and resolve complaints promptly.
- Complete additional tasks assigned on an as-needed basis.
