Una Health was looking for a Sales Development Representative - German

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in identifying and connecting with potential clients across German-speaking markets. Using consultative phone engagement, you'll educate prospects about solutions, address their needs, and guide qualified opportunities forward. Your ability to listen, communicate clearly, and respond with confidence will be central to your success.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound research to identify and reach new prospects, maintaining accurate contact records in Salesforce
  • Engage potential clients through thoughtful, solution-focused conversations in German and English
  • Track and report on outreach activities, ensuring data accuracy and follow-up consistency
  • Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and share insights
  • Adapt quickly to feedback and evolving priorities in a fast-moving environment

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in both German and English, with strong verbal communication abilities
  • Proven experience meeting outbound calling or engagement targets
  • Self-driven motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented mindset with reliable follow-up habits
  • Comfort using CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tools and tasks efficiently
