MSP Sales Partners is hiring a Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Use our playbooks and CRM to work targeted prospect lists
  • Run structured call blocks
  • Follow a consistent follow-up cadence
  • Qualify prospects against clear criteria
  • Handle common objections
  • Convert interest into scheduled meetings for our clients’ closers
  • Log activity, notes, and outcomes with discipline
  • Take coaching to improve talk tracks, tonality, and conversion rates week over week

Requirements

  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Resilient with rejection
  • Organized in a CRM
  • Can write clear, concise emails and messages
  • Follow a process without sounding scripted

Nice to Have

  • Prior outbound experience is a plus
  • Experience in B2B services or MSP/IT
