Ordr is hiring a Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to assess their requirements and alignment with available solutions.
  • Learn the core product offerings and market differentiation to clearly convey value based on customer-specific challenges.
  • Join prospect meetings, manage introductions, and coordinate follow-ups with Regional Sales Directors.
  • Identify and connect with new sales opportunities using tools such as 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media, and marketing initiatives.
  • Research target accounts and sectors to customize outreach and uncover key business pain points.
  • Start conversations with prospects through calls, emails, and tailored LinkedIn messages to present the platform and evaluate needs, budget, authority, and fit for sales qualification.
  • Set up sales discussions between qualified prospects and Regional Sales Directors.
  • Keep lead and opportunity records up to date in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads, including sharing relevant context for ongoing sales efforts.
