Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting
- Own territory with account-based prospecting campaigns
- Map target accounts and engage the right decision-makers
- Use phone, email, and social channels to connect with prospects
- Turn prospect interest into pipeline
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and Spanish
- 1–2 years in sales development, ideally in software or tech
- Confident engaging anyone — from C-suite to technical teams
- Skilled at handling objections
- Experience with value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and qualification
- Proficient with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Self-driven with ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
- Holds self to a high standard without needing to be managed
