You will take ownership of outbound prospecting, initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling, targeted LinkedIn outreach, and strategic email campaigns. Your focus will be on identifying decision-makers, assessing fit, and qualifying leads based on budget, timing, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to generate new sales opportunities using phone, email, and social channels.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Set up product demonstrations for Account Executives by qualifying leads thoroughly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system after every interaction.
- Review performance metrics regularly, adapt your approach, and support ongoing improvements to sales processes.
- Work toward clearly defined KPIs and remain focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
What You Bring
- A proactive, driven mindset with a clear preference for outbound sales.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Comfort and confidence using the phone to reach new prospects.
- A natural interest in technology and SaaS solutions.
- Team-oriented attitude with initiative and follow-through.
- Basic knowledge of French is helpful but not required.
- Prior experience in SaaS or outbound sales environments is a plus, but determination and attitude are what matter most.
