Contractify is hiring a Sales Development Representative

You will take ownership of outbound prospecting, initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling, targeted LinkedIn outreach, and strategic email campaigns. Your focus will be on identifying decision-makers, assessing fit, and qualifying leads based on budget, timing, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to generate new sales opportunities using phone, email, and social channels.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Set up product demonstrations for Account Executives by qualifying leads thoroughly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system after every interaction.
  • Review performance metrics regularly, adapt your approach, and support ongoing improvements to sales processes.
  • Work toward clearly defined KPIs and remain focused on achieving and exceeding targets.

What You Bring

  • A proactive, driven mindset with a clear preference for outbound sales.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
  • Comfort and confidence using the phone to reach new prospects.
  • A natural interest in technology and SaaS solutions.
  • Team-oriented attitude with initiative and follow-through.
  • Basic knowledge of French is helpful but not required.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or outbound sales environments is a plus, but determination and attitude are what matter most.
