Deel is hiring a Sales Development Representative, Deel IT | APAC

We’re expanding our presence in the Asia-Pacific region and are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to lead outbound efforts for Deel IT in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new business, responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting qualified meetings for the sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and social platforms to generate interest in our global equipment management platform
  • Assess client needs and qualify leads based on fit and readiness
  • Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations with Account Executives
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meeting volume and pipeline contribution
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with detailed activity logs
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Engage in ongoing training to grow your skills and industry knowledge

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding targets in a performance-driven sales role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
  • A proactive mindset with the initiative to find solutions without constant oversight
  • Experience in SaaS or tech sales development is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
  • Background in HR tech, fintech, or startup environments is a plus

Work Environment

This is a remote position open to candidates in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll have the flexibility to work from your preferred location, with optional access to WeWork spaces. We support a distributed team structure and value trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
