Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound communications to potential clients through email, phone, and social platforms
- Research and identify target companies and decision-makers in the Chinese market
- Qualify leads based on fit and interest level using defined criteria
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to align on messaging and priorities
- Adapt communication style to suit local business culture and language preferences
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in China
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
- Participate in training and performance review sessions
- Use feedback to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
- Ensure compliance with local data privacy and communication regulations
- Support the development of localized sales materials when needed
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from Chinese prospects
- Act as a first point of contact while maintaining professionalism and brand consistency
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer needs
- Experience in tech or SaaS industries is preferred
- Knowledge of business practices in China
- Comfortable using data to guide outreach efforts
- Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
