Responsibilities
- Reach out to new and current clients using multiple communication methods to build a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Establish trust with potential customers and assess how well company offerings align with their requirements.
- Arrange product demonstrations and schedule meetings for sales follow-up.
- Configure and maintain a CRM system or contact database for tracking interactions.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure lead generation supports broader sales objectives.
- Define sales targets to drive income growth and provide reports on team performance metrics.
- Design, share, and gather feedback from customer surveys, then summarize findings in reports or spreadsheets.
- Perform routine administrative duties as needed.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues as the initial contact point.
- Proactively follow up on leads using calls, text messages, and emails through the Go High Level platform.
- Organize phone conversations aimed at finalizing sales with business owners.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
