ButterflyMX is hiring a Sales Development Representative

Shape the future of access control sales by launching meaningful conversations with prospects and guiding them toward smarter solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding the company’s reach by identifying the right stakeholders, initiating contact through calls and emails, and scheduling discovery meetings that move the needle.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct targeted outreach to build connections with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Design and execute outreach sequences using calls, emails, and research to spark interest
  • Deepen account intelligence by identifying new contacts and expanding existing opportunities
  • Develop trust through consistent, personalized engagement strategies
  • Work closely with sales teams to align on priorities and ensure smooth lead handoffs
  • Hit and exceed goals for meetings scheduled, leads qualified, and outreach activity
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, ensuring transparency across the pipeline

Who You Are

  • Driven by curiosity and results, with at least one year in a client-facing or sales-focused role
  • Resilient and proactive, able to stay focused in a fast-moving environment
  • A clear, persuasive communicator—comfortable on the phone and precise in writing
  • Team-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative and ask for help when needed
