Insights Learning & Development Ltd is hiring a Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound opportunities with a goal to schedule meetings for the Account Management team and have significant impact on the sales pipeline
  • Proactively prospect and conduct outbound outreach using sales tools to generate new leads for the Account Management team
  • Screen and qualify inbound inquiries from potential clients
  • Spark engaging conversations with prospects to qualify opportunities
  • Analyse prospect’s business challenges and connect them to our solutions
  • Book sales meetings and build high-quality sales pipeline
  • Attend external events to build meaningful relationships and identify potential opportunities
  • Keep our CRM updated to support accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams on strategy
  • Use data, insight and our SDR tools to optimise your outreach, shape better strategies, and streamline processes to enhance results

Requirements

  • Must be located in Australia
  • Must be comfortable with remote work
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally interstate for events
