Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline for the MAX sales team through structured outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Test, optimize, and personalize outreach based on ICP, industry, and use cases
- Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and book meetings for Business Account Executive
- Maintaining and updating CRM (HubSpot) with high accuracy
- Contribute to outbound strategy and support marketing initiatives (campaigns, events)
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an SDR / BDR or sales role with outbound prospecting
- Confidence in cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and resilience in handling rejection
- Experience working with B2B clients, ideally in SaaS, startups, or agencies
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales automation tools
- Native French and fluent English
