Responsibilities
- Identify and compile targeted lists of potential customers aligned with ideal customer profiles
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule product demonstrations with sales representatives
- Engage high-priority accounts using a mix of communication methods including email, phone, and social outreach
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of customer data accuracy and completeness
- Gain proficiency in CRM tools, processes, and standard operating procedures
- Take part in structured training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge
