Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for new prospects and existing clients navigating the sales process.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and emails to potential customers.
- Handle and respond to incoming inquiries through online chat and inbound phone lines.
- Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to sales leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify lead opportunities and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Apply effective sales and persuasion techniques to qualify and book meetings.
- Gain sufficient knowledge of company solutions to deliver high-level overviews.
- Apply trained sales methodologies to enhance customer engagement.
- Partner with sales representatives and join client meetings when necessary.
