Responsibilities
- Pursue and follow up on sales leads through direct engagement with current and potential clients of strategic value.
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products or services to meet their needs.
- Handle advanced customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits, and finalize sales agreements to achieve revenue goals.
- Research, identify, and reach out to prospective customers to cultivate relationships that support future sales and customer retention.
- Forward sales leads, client feedback, and competitive intelligence to relevant internal teams to inform market response strategies.
- Create long-term sales strategies for major accounts, tracking progress and adjusting tactics to fulfill objectives.
- Design annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans, prioritizing and managing personal activities to meet set targets.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them meet or exceed their performance goals.
- Present clients with additional service offerings, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools and resources as required.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of targeted outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the official system of record.
- Carry out additional responsibilities and contribute to special projects as directed.
