We're seeking a driven Sales Development Executive to drive new business in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) sector. Operating fully remotely within the U.S., you'll focus on engaging financial institutions—especially community banks and credit unions—to identify and convert high-potential leads.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to prospects through targeted outreach and respond to inbound interest to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Introduce decision-makers to a modern SaaS platform that simplifies identity management, improves security, and supports compliance.
- Explain technical capabilities in clear, business-relevant terms to non-technical audiences.
- Work closely with the sales team to move deals forward efficiently and reduce time to close.
- Address growing demand fueled by rising cyber threats and the need for automated, audit-ready reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in sales, especially in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, particularly around identity and access controls.
- Direct experience selling to financial institutions or other regulated sectors.
- Ability to meet or exceed performance goals consistently.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills with a focus on building trust.

- Exposure to Identity and Access Management or related cybersecurity fields.
- Knowledge of financial industry compliance standards, including audit and reporting requirements.
- Experience helping organizations replace manual workflows with automated solutions in IT or security operations.
