Responsibilities
- Follow up on sales leads and engage both current and potential clients with strategic value to the business.
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products or services accordingly.
- Handle advanced customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits, and finalize sales agreements to achieve revenue goals.
- Research, identify, and reach out to prospective clients to cultivate relationships that lead to future and recurring sales.
- Share customer feedback, sales opportunities, and competitive intelligence with relevant internal teams to support market responsiveness.
- Create long-term sales strategies for key accounts and adjust tactics as needed to meet performance targets.
- Set annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales objectives and manage personal workload to ensure goal attainment.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them meet their individual sales goals.
- Introduce clients to additional company offerings, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools and resources as required.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver targeted results efficiently and on schedule.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the official record system.
- Carry out additional duties and contribute to special initiatives as directed.
