Responsibilities
- Pursue and follow up on sales leads by visiting both current and potential clients of strategic value.
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products or services accordingly.
- Handle complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits, and finalize sales to meet revenue goals.
- Identify, research, and reach out to prospective clients to cultivate relationships that support future sales and customer retention.
- Forward sales leads, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to relevant internal teams to support market responsiveness.
- Create long-term sales strategies for key accounts, monitoring performance and adjusting tactics as needed.
- Design annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans, managing personal workflow to ensure targets are achieved.
- Guide and support junior sales representatives to help them meet their individual performance goals.
- Suggest additional company solutions and services to clients, emphasizing benefits using available internal tools and resources.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver targeted outcomes efficiently and on schedule.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the primary system of record.
- Carry out additional duties and contribute to special projects as required.
