Responsibilities

  • Follow up on sales leads by engaging both existing and new clients with strategic value.
  • Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Handle advanced customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery terms within authorized limits, and finalize sales agreements to meet revenue goals.
  • Research, identify, and reach out to potential clients to cultivate relationships that support future and recurring sales.
  • Share sales leads, customer insights, and competitive intelligence with relevant internal teams to support market responsiveness.
  • Create long-term sales strategies for major clients and adjust activities to meet set objectives.
  • Set annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales targets and manage personal workflow to ensure achievement.
  • Guide and support junior sales staff to help them meet their performance goals.
  • Suggest additional company offerings to clients, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver specific outcomes efficiently and on schedule.
  • Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the official sales record system.
  • Carry out additional tasks and contribute to special projects as required.
