Responsibilities
- Pursue new and existing sales leads with strategic potential
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable offerings
- Handle advanced customer inquiries, negotiate terms within authority limits, and finalize sales to meet revenue goals
- Research, identify, and engage potential clients to build relationships for future and recurring sales
- Share sales leads, customer insights, and competitive intelligence with relevant internal teams to support market responsiveness
- Create and manage long-term sales strategies for key accounts, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve objectives
- Set annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales targets and organize activities to meet them
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them reach their goals
- Advise clients on additional solutions and services, emphasizing benefits using internal tools and resources
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver targeted outcomes efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain accurate forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the system of record
- Carry out additional duties and contribute to special projects as directed
