Responsibilities
- Pursue and follow up on sales leads through direct engagement with both current and potential clients of strategic value.
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products and services to meet their needs.
- Handle advanced customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits, and finalize sales to achieve revenue goals.
- Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers to cultivate relationships that support future and recurring sales.
- Forward customer feedback, sales leads, and competitive intelligence to relevant internal teams to support market responsiveness.
- Create and manage long-term sales strategies for major accounts, adjusting tactics as needed to meet performance targets.
- Define annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales objectives and organize personal workflows to ensure goal attainment.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them meet or exceed their sales quotas.
- Suggest additional company offerings to clients, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools to strengthen proposals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of targeted outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality service to both internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the official record system.
- Carry out additional duties and contribute to special projects as directed.

- Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Respond to more complex customer inquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Develop long-term sales plans for key customers, monitor, and adapt sales activities to meet objectives.
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule your own activities so these targets are met.
- Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
- Recommend to clients additional solutions and services the company provides, highlighting the advantages of the product or service, utilizing internal tools and resources as needed.
- Partners with internal resources to execute targeted deliverables within a timely manner.
- Provide extraordinary internal and external customer service throughout the sales process.
- Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce.com.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
