Responsibilities
- Follow up on sales leads by meeting with current and potential clients of strategic value.
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle advanced customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authority limits, and finalize sales to meet revenue goals.
- Research, identify, and reach out to prospective customers to cultivate relationships that lead to future and recurring sales.
- Share sales leads, customer insights, and competitive intelligence with relevant internal teams to support market responsiveness.
- Create long-term sales strategies for key accounts, tracking progress and adjusting tactics to achieve set objectives.
- Define annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales targets, organizing and prioritizing personal activities to ensure goal attainment.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them meet or exceed their sales goals.
- Introduce clients to additional company offerings, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools and resources as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver targeted results efficiently and on schedule.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the official sales record system.
- Carry out additional duties and contribute to special projects as directed.
