Responsibilities
- Pursue and follow up on sales leads by engaging both current and potential clients of strategic value.
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products or services to meet their needs.
- Handle complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery terms within authorized limits, and finalize sales to achieve revenue goals.
- Research, identify, and reach out to prospective clients to cultivate relationships that lead to future sales and ongoing business.
- Share customer feedback, sales leads, and competitive intelligence with relevant internal teams to support market responsiveness.
- Create and manage long-term sales strategies for key accounts, adjusting tactics as needed to meet performance objectives.
- Set and manage annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales targets, organizing personal workflow to ensure goals are met.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them meet or exceed their sales objectives.
- Introduce clients to additional company offerings, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools to support recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver on specific initiatives efficiently and on schedule.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the primary system of record.
- Carry out additional duties and contribute to special projects as directed by management.
