TP Infinity is hiring a Sales & Customer Service Representative - Remote

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing customer inquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a positive client experience through timely and accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Assist clients with product selection based on individual needs
  • Process sales orders and update account information accurately
  • Resolve service issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and pricing
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Escalate technical problems to appropriate departments
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Support onboarding of new customers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during conversations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during customer engagements
  • Meet performance targets for response time and resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service workflows
  • Provide feedback on customer trends to management
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data
  • Adapt communication style to suit different client personalities
  • Handle complaints with empathy and problem-solving focus
  • Stay current with industry developments and competitor activity
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills
  • Use time efficiently during shifts to maximize productivity
  • Maintain professional demeanor in all customer interactions
  • Track personal performance metrics daily
  • Suggest improvements to customer service processes
  • Assist in testing new sales tools and platforms
  • Represent the company in a positive and knowledgeable manner
