Role Overview
As a Sales Coordinator (Taste), you will be responsible for supporting Account Managers by managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial customer briefs to final order delivery. Based in South Brunswick, NJ, this hybrid role ensures operational efficiency by coordinating internal workflows and maintaining accurate, up-to-date information across key business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and manage customer briefs and associated tasks in Salesforce in partnership with Account Managers
- Oversee the brief-to-win process, ensuring compliance with established procedures through to initial order fulfillment
- Keep project details, customer records, and pricing data current in Salesforce and PriceForce, notifying stakeholders of any updates
- Ensure approved pricing is correctly implemented and maintained in SAP
- Identify and resolve system-related challenges to prevent delays or inefficiencies
- Respond to internal and external inquiries independently, acting as a point of contact on behalf of Account Managers
- Track and expedite customer requests, including sample shipments, documentation, and creative deliverables
- Facilitate timely communication between internal teams and external clients
- Alert Account Managers to any potential disruptions in project timelines
- Coordinate with multiple departments to meet customer and business objectives efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with solid interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to solve problems effectively
- Capable of collaborating in cross-functional environments
- Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented
- Sound decision-making skills in a dynamic, fast-moving setting
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and adaptability to new software platforms
- Prior experience in customer service within cross-functional operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Background in flavor, fragrance, or food-related industries
- Experience supporting administrative, project, or operational customer-facing functions

Compensation
Salary range: $55,536 – $69,420
