Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Provide guidance on digital marketing strategies to enhance customer success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Document client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Provide feedback on product improvements based on client interactions.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
