Manage and optimize private offers across public cloud marketplaces including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. This role ensures that custom pricing agreements are accurately structured, approved, and maintained throughout their lifecycle. You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partner teams to align offer terms with business goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, monitor, and maintain private offers in cloud marketplaces, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and contractual terms
- Coordinate cross-functionally to support timely approvals and deployments
- Track offer stages from initiation through expiration and ensure proper documentation
- Resolve issues related to billing, acceptance, or configuration discrepancies
- Support revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting for leadership review
- Stay up to date with evolving marketplace policies and compliance requirements
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements, including automation opportunities
- Use internal tools and scripts to enhance operational accuracy and speed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, cloud operations, or deal desk roles
- Proven familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud marketplaces
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deals
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based models
- Knowledge of cloud billing models, pricing frameworks, and partner programs
- Familiarity with Enterprise Agreements, multi-year contracts, or custom pricing structures
- Background in contract review or legal coordination
Technology Environment
You'll work with AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace, Salesforce, and integrated CRM and ERP systems to manage offer execution and reporting.
