Responsibilities
- Contact customers to share information about offerings, promote services, or request donations
- Assess lead suitability via phone and enter data into a CRM platform
- Manage and track customer appointments, including rescheduling as needed
- Conduct payment follow-ups, settle outstanding balances, and update financial records using guided scripts
- Carry out customer feedback surveys and organize findings in reporting spreadsheets
- Respond to customer support requests, diagnose problems, and provide solutions
- Work with internal departments to ensure lead outreach supports broader sales goals
