Keller Executive Search is hiring a Sales-Business Development Associate to grow our executive recruitment services. You will drive sales by prospecting leads, building client relationships, and collaborating with our recruitment teams in a competitive, rewarding environment. This role offers remote work options and significant uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads for our executive search and recruitment services.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demos to showcase our value proposition.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their specific hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to tailor proposals and close deals.
  • Track sales pipelines, metrics, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Participate in market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support marketing efforts, including events and content promotion.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales, preferably within recruitment, HR, or B2B services.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Attention to detail in managing sales data and processes.
  • Ability to work independently within a team-driven setting.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced sales cycles.

You will join a friendly, collaborative U.S.-based team within a flat management structure, providing direct access to decision-makers.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: £98,000 – £121,000 annually (depending on experience) + uncapped commissions.
