Responsibilities

  • Show comprehensive understanding of the company's products, core values, and brand narrative, consistently presenting the brand in a professional and energetic manner.
  • Interact with customers using a personalized, advisory approach by guiding product choices, sharing detailed information, and ensuring a smooth purchasing process.
  • Accurately manage all customer transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges, while ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Keep the sales area neat, orderly, and visually engaging through proper display techniques, folding, hanging, and restocking inventory.
  • Carry out daily store operations such as opening and closing routines, organizing storage areas, restocking, and general maintenance, always focusing on customer service.
  • Remain informed about current in-store and online promotions, special events, and new product releases to deliver accurate and timely updates to customers.
  • Assist in planning and running in-store events that align with brand standards and visual expectations.
  • Collaborate toward meeting store sales targets and foster a cooperative, team-focused workplace.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including operational protocols and safety requirements.
  • Actively grow the customer network through intentional relationship-building, local outreach, and consistent follow-up with clients.
