Responsibilities
- Complete training and observation to master standardized sales processes
- Develop skills in identifying potential clients and initiating contact through cold outreach
- Observe experienced sales staff in the field, including occasional travel
- Support senior team members with sourcing, securing, and managing new and current business
- Participate in company-led and client-facing sales meetings
- Nurture ongoing relationships with established accounts and buyers
- Create and manage a personalized pipeline of prospects aligned with post-training goals
- Engage with industry resources to expand knowledge of marketing and sales trends
- Carry out additional tasks and contribute to special initiatives as needed
