Solenis is hiring a Sales Administration Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports to meet the needs of the sales team.
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce functionalities.
  • Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Generate and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards using Salesforce and other reporting tools.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for sales administration tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in Salesforce.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is properly filed and accessible.
  • Manage the customer’s contract in place.
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, finance, and other departments to support sales initiatives and achieve company goals.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Able to manage small team 2-3 staffs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM with a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
  • Familiarity with other sales and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and very good in Excel
  • Proficiency in English
