Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports to meet the needs of the sales team.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce functionalities.
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Generate and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards using Salesforce and other reporting tools.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for sales administration tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in Salesforce.
- Ensure all sales documentation is properly filed and accessible.
- Manage the customer’s contract in place.
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing, finance, and other departments to support sales initiatives and achieve company goals.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
- Able to manage small team 2-3 staffs
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM with a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
- Familiarity with other sales and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and very good in Excel
- Proficiency in English
