Responsibilities
- Investigate near misses, first aid cases, recordable injuries, lost workday incidents, and vehicle accidents within one day and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain a visible presence in processing facilities and other operational areas to promote safety awareness.
- Perform regular safety and health inspections and follow up on identified issues until resolved.
- Deliver certified training in Powered Industrial Trucks, Lockout Tagout, Fall Protection, Respiratory Protection, Confined Space Entry, and other assigned safety topics.
- Accurately and promptly record data in systems for incidents, training completions, and corrective actions.
- Support organizational training needs and verify all required monthly safety training is completed on schedule.

Schedule
Work hours follow a Monday through Friday pattern, with some weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
