Ameresco is hiring a Safety Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Help develop, revise, and standardize safety plans for federal initiatives.
  • Oversee document versions, revision tracking, and centralized recordkeeping.
  • Ensure all documentation meets OSHA, NAVFAC, and federal regulatory standards prior to submission.
  • Verify correct formatting, compliance wording, and required attachments before managerial approval.
  • Monitor submission deadlines and ensure documentation is audit-ready well in advance of project approvals.
  • Distribute updated training resources and ensure they are accessible to all team members.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection-ready binders and support safety managers during external audits.
  • Carry out additional assigned tasks as needed.

Team

Part of the Federal Division, providing support for federal project safety requirements.

Other

  • Must be authorized to access confidential US security information.
  • Candidates based in the Midwest are preferred to align with project needs and time zone coordination.
