Requirements
- Own and execute the overall marketing strategy
- Develop and manage campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth channels
- Lead our social presence across platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Develop and execute a consistent content strategy aligned with brand and growth goals
- Create or oversee the creation of high-quality content (posts, threads, visuals, short-form content)
- Stay on top of trends and adapt messaging to maximize reach and engagement
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels
- Launch and manage paid and organic campaigns to drive inbound demand
- Partner with sales to improve conversion across the funnel
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, leads, CAC)
- Use data to continuously optimize campaigns and messaging
- Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Refine and strengthen our brand voice and positioning
- Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
- Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams
- Align marketing initiatives with product launches and company objectives
