About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of EHS programs across multiple sites
- Support project teams with environmental and safety assessments
- Conduct compliance audits and follow up on corrective actions
- Develop and maintain EHS documentation and procedures
- Deliver training sessions on safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on necessary updates
- Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Track and report EHS metrics and performance indicators
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure safe work practices
- Promote a culture of safety through engagement and communication
- Manage waste management and environmental compliance activities
- Support sustainability initiatives and reporting
- Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials
- Participate in emergency preparedness planning and drills
- Provide technical guidance on industrial hygiene and safety standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into business processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international EHS regulations
- Support capital projects with EHS risk evaluations
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and best practices
- Ensure alignment with corporate EHS policies and global standards
