About the Role

The role involves managing environmental, health, and safety initiatives, supporting project execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing technical expertise to reduce risk and improve performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of EHS programs across multiple sites
  • Support project teams with environmental and safety assessments
  • Conduct compliance audits and follow up on corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain EHS documentation and procedures
  • Deliver training sessions on safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise on necessary updates
  • Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Track and report EHS metrics and performance indicators
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure safe work practices
  • Promote a culture of safety through engagement and communication
  • Manage waste management and environmental compliance activities
  • Support sustainability initiatives and reporting
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials
  • Participate in emergency preparedness planning and drills
  • Provide technical guidance on industrial hygiene and safety standards
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into business processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international EHS regulations
  • Support capital projects with EHS risk evaluations
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and best practices
  • Ensure alignment with corporate EHS policies and global standards
