Based at the Bundaberg branch, you'll work 25 hours weekly in a supportive, tech-enabled environment designed to empower both customers and team members.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver clear, accurate support for account inquiries and new account setups using phone and digital platforms
- Guide customers through digital onboarding, ensuring they feel confident using online banking tools
- Help users navigate mobile banking apps, digital verification systems, and payment technologies like mobile wallets
- Listen actively to understand customer needs, improve resolution speed, and build trust
- Support a team culture that values customer outcomes, compliance, and personal development
- Follow privacy laws, financial regulations, and internal policies to maintain security and trust
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on service quality
- Comfort using digital banking tools and guiding others through them in real time
